I remember I had a client who was 59 and really wanted to lose weight and 'feel good again'.


The kids were now adults and she felt like it was 'her time'"....


She wanted to enter her 60's fit, healthy and happy.


The trouble was she was 'unsure' that she could do my 12 Week program and succeed.
